All Springforward classes are delivered by certified expert instructors skilled at helping students understand highly technical software tools, methodologies, and processes within the content of their business environments.
Instructor Led Training (ILT) requires a minimum of 5 students. Self-paced training is available for an individual learner.
When certification exams are facilitated on-site, please note that certain technical and facility requirements are recommended by the certification exam provider(s). Some exam deliveries will require an internet connection. For Internet Based Tests (IBT) a base connection speed of 256kbps down/up is required. An additional 128kbps down/up is required for each simultaneous exam delivery beyond the first.
Our cancelation policy is 30 calendar days from the class start date and the customer payment deadline is 30 calendar days from the class start date. Classes can be rescheduled or fully refunded if the start date is more than 30 calendar days away. Should you need to reschedule or cancel the training, the payment method received will be applied to the new class. There will be no refund if a rescheduling or cancellation request is made within 30 calendar days of the class start date.
Rescheduling a private class within 30 calendar days of the scheduled delivery date will incur an additional course fee.
Class price estimates are valid for 60 days from the date of proposal and printed materials can be provided for an additional fee.
Customers using our GSA MAS Contract should ask about our Authorized Federal Supply Schedule Catalog/Price List. This price list provides the necessary terms and conditions governing our awarded Special Item Numbers (SINS).
